I'm trying to upload a file to import, but I'm not landing on the field mapping section. Instead I'm seeing this

This will typically happen if there is an issue with the file such as an improper format.
Imports must be formatted as UTF-8 standardized, comma separated files (CSV).
To troubleshoot this, we recommend opening the file in Excel or external another source and copying and pasting the data into a new CSV file.
