This seems like it should be a VERY simple task. I am working with the collective theme and I am trying to change the color of the sticky header / nav. I can change the section that is behind the logo but the larger, long section behind the nav buttons I cannot. I have played with the css forever and have yet to find the piece of code that controls that option? Neither "$header-background-color" or "$header-background-color2" color that color. 

Anyone have an answer? I literally can't believe something this simple is causing me this much grief.
