500 Error for Scanned Survey Import

Customers have reported experiencing a 500 error when attempting to access scanned survey imports.  They've done scanned imports in the past but are unable to access this feature now.

This is most likely caused by a merge or deletion of a profile that had conducted a past scanned survey import.  Our engineers will be working on a fix to prevent this issue from happening.
