I have made personal contact with individuals that are on the vote file. Now that I have gottent to know them and have edited their profile data, I would also like to remove the "do not call" from their profile, as they do want to be called by me now that they are suporters. How do I remove the "do not call" also, how to I transition a profile from voter file prospect to supporter?
By default, NationBuilder overlays voter prospects with the federal "Do Not Call" registry. To disable this, check "Ignore Federal Do Not Call list" under Settings > Political > Settings:
To make an individual prospect into a supporter, you can log or edit their support level as "1 - Strong support" or "2 - Weak support." For more on these designations, check out this guide.
