What is a point person

Official response from

Anyone listed as a control panel user can be a designated as a point person in your nation. You can learn more about control panel users and various permission settings you can apply to them here.

When you have various profiles in your nation's database, a point person can be used to help organize those folks. A common example could be someone in charge of a group of volunteers or in charge a specific region.

Say you have 100 people in your nation and you are in charge of the 20 people who donated. You or another Admin in your nation can list yourself as a point person for those 20 people.
