In your instructions: "Include files and images on a page" you say to "Go to Content and click on the Insert/edit image insert_img.png button. " However there IS NO CONTENT menu item to click on ... this kind of disconnect is all through your instructions, what gives?? Here's the menu of my "Volunteer" page in the edit mode: Dashboard | Settings | Volunteer settings | Subpages | Comments | Followers | Template | Files (1) | Preview | Live

On the volunteer page the content editor is in the 'basic' tab - https://nationbuilder.com/how_to_volunteer
