The blast emails for our campaign are being bounced as spam or deferred (particularly by comcast). I have looked at the sample letter, but we are using a custom url. What information do I need to give to the ISP to stop having the email being blocked?

Hello Howard, unless your email blast option is on the custom email server add-on, those IP addresses apply to your nation. You can find the letter sample here.
