I agree that NationBuilder needs a custom greeting on it’s emails. I’m surprised it doesn’t exist already. It’s needed for significantly more than emails to officials. Many times, a household will have only a single email, but we will have multiple names. Ideally, we need the ability to customize the email box, and the greeting, i.e.:

to: Jane & John Doe

body:
Hi Jane & John…
