I had Outlook working by setting up appropriate MX records in the DNS records.
Then I inserted Nation Builder Nameservers in the DNS Record and email stopped working.
The web site is pointing to my nation's site but the email address is not able receive emails [email protected]
I've asked your organizer to followup with you directly regarding your email difficulties.
Some general information about this process: when you point your nameservers to NationBuilder, we handle all of your DNS records for you. If you are using email on your custom domain, we recommend starting this process during off-peak hours to help ensure minimal disruption to your email. Step by step instructions on custom domain setup are available.
If your email provider is not listed in the drop-down menu, i.e. if your email is currently handled by a company other than DreamHost, 1&1, Rackspace, Google Apps, Yahoo Business Email, GoDaddy, or Bluehost, then we ask you to contact us directly either through your organizer or by emailing [email protected] before pointing your nameservers to NationBuilder. This is a crucial step to allow us to work with you to set up proper MX records on our end to ease the transition.
While Outlook is not an email service provider, it is possible that your email configuration has not been transferred properly. If there is any additional information you have about this problem, please email it to your organizer or to [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
