Can't edit Custom Theme

I'm trying to slow down the content slider for the Victory theme. I found instructions how to do this, but I when I tried to access the "Current Custom Theme" tab I get a message stating that I have not access to modify the theme. I'm the admin on the site. Thanks.

Hey Hysni. In order to modify a stock theme, you first need to clone that public theme into a custom theme. You can do this by going to your control panel > website >theme > new custom theme > then clicking to clone your current stock theme. Once you have done this, you can click “current custom theme” and you will be able to edit the stock theme you have just cloned.
