anyway to get around emails defaulting to standard gmail font?

When I send an email blast from one of my broadcasters to a gmail account - when opened, all of the text has been changed from what I had created to standard gmail fonts. Is there anything I can do before hitting "send" to ensure that the email looks the way I want it to when someone opens it in gmail?

In general, we recommend using "Safe" fonts that are thoroughly supported by a range of email providers (including Google). These fonts include both serif and sans-serif fonts. Currently, all of our fonts that you can use by default with our email blasts in the WYSIWYG editor can be used safely without conflicts.

You can see these fonts listed in the font editor section here:

It is possible you may be using some sort of custom font within your template, but I would love to take a look at your specific email blast to see what is going on.

Please send us over an email for additional assistance at [email protected]!
