How can I change the page icon for my nation's website?

I'm having an issue with my websites -- there is no icon on the browser tab. I have found it as a page variable (e.g. {{ page.icon | icon }}) but cannot find where to change it.

If it's possible to change the page icon, what would be the best way of doing it? Can you determine if it apply to all pages, to several, or just one?

This really isn’t the answer to this question, A favicon is one thing, but assigning an icon to a particular page is another. I’m trying to do the same. I want to add a page icon to a page, then reference that in the topnav. I found this article http://nationbuilder.com/203865/top_nav_editing_one_button, which would help with the top level nav links, but I want the dropdown subnav links to display icons as well.

Any suggestions on how to change a page’s icon which is a page variable already. http://nationbuilder.com/page_variables
