If one adds a street address then I assume NationBuilder makes a call to Google Maps' Geocoding API.  That API does return the county (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/intro), my feature suggestion is that this value is populated into the contact's County field if I click the "Use This Address" button.
