I have two questions:
I. Is there any tool for discovering the average klout of your nation?
II. Is there any way to have lists dynamically updated in the same way filters currently are?

Hey Shane, we only show each broadcaster's Klout score and don't have any native functionality for averaging it between multiple broadcasters, sorry.
Lists are static by design; I'd recommend creating a utility list for your batch actions, so that you can add people to/remove people from the saved-filter view as needed.
