Why isn't the twitter feed being shown, following broadcaster twitter authorisation?

Hi there, and thanks for the previous help,

I've imported the twitter data for a broadcaster, but their latest tweet isn't being shown at the top of the site: http://backbob.nationbuilder.com/

Is there another step that I need to take?

Glad you were able to figure it out, the reason there was a problem was because your site did not have a "primary broadcaster" specified. When you go to Pages > Settings, you will see a place there for specifying a broadcaster. That determines what Facebook page, Twitter account, and who the email auto-responses come from. When you deleted and re-added it, NB noticed your site didn't have a broadcaster and added the new one you created automatically to the site. But normally you can just go to that Pages > Settings page and specify it there.

If you don’t see any Facebook pages to connect beneath that message, then you should make sure your Facebook account is an admin of the Facebook page you are trying to add. If it is, check the privacy settings of the Facebook page and make sure there are no restrictions on it.

I have one other issue however. I cannot seem to add a facebook page. I just get this message: “Click on one of your Facebook pages to connect it to this broadcaster. Never mind.”

I’m logged into facebook at the time, too.
