Greetings,

I'm helping a friend put together a nationbuilder fundraiser site, and am attempting to create a donate page; however, her nation doesn't appear to have a donate template present.  She has added her paypal credentials as per nationbuilder's instructions.  Is there a propagation delay?  Or is there something I should do to ensure this is working?
