Group profiles

You have a couple options when it comes to grouping the people in your database. It’s important to understand the difference between tags, lists, and saved filters and the best way to utilize each format for what you are trying to accomplish. Gathering profiles will allow you to track relationships between people and organizations and batch update profiles quickly.

Lesson exercise

1. Save the filter you created. Notice that the name of the filter appears near the top of the page and the filter icon has turned blue.
2. Add a tag to everyone in the filter.
