Being able to share events within subnations is not a functionality that is available within NationBuilder at the moment.  There is a public issue that has been created regarding this request.  I would highly recommend placing a reaction to this public issue for NationBuilder to be able to gauge interest.  The more reactions there are for a suggestion, the higher the chance of it being implemented.
