Glad to hear that you are expanding your nation! There are a few ways you are able to track the activity of your new control panel user. The easiest way is to first Click on the People Tab in your control panel. Then, search for the specific user you are trying to monitor using the search box in the top right corner of the People Tab. Click on specific user's profile and scroll down to the activity stream area. This will show you all the activity of the user. 

The more general way to monitor all the activity throughout your nation is to click on the Dashboard tab (top left corner). Then, click on Activity. This will show each activity of all your users within your nation, and you can filter by specific Activity types.

One tip that may be helpful is setting up a new permission set for your new control panel user. Customizing the permissions of your new control panel user will give you the ability to limit access to certain sections of your nation.
