How do I compose an email? NB is our email provider. When I go into the communications tab, I don't see the option to compose an email- only an email blast. I'd like to compose an email to an individual, not a group.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Individual emails are sent from the profile of the person you are sending the email. From the dashboard for the profile, click the email link. The fields you need to complete will show as in this screenshot:
If you currently have an email thread going with this person, the default settings will be to reply to the most recent note.
