In settings > analytic setup I have entered the google analytics code and saved analytics settings. Google analytics is still saying tracking not installed. Am I missing something here?

According to Google, "It can take up to 24 hours for all data to appear in your Google Analytics account after you've installed the tracking code." If you have additional questions about Google Analytics, be sure to search their robust support documentation.
