How do I set up an autoresponses to a new text message?

I have turned off the address/phone collecting and would like to have an automatic welcome message..

You can find the place to update your texts in the communication > broadcaster > texting > keywords once they are set up in your action pages.

Signup, volunteer, events pages and more allow you to set the autoresponse message when you allow someone to text to sign using a keyword. To review custom responses for your keywords, go to Messages, select your broadcaster and Texting > Keywords.
