To remove a list of people from your NationBuilder database, use the batch delete function.

Jackie! Thanks for the super quick response!

Problem continues though. The “delete” button used to be beside the “ban” button in the profile “edit” view but has been removed (new update? glitch?). As for the drop down menu, this is only available in list-view (no problem) but after selecting “delete person” and confirming I want to delete them there is a NationBuilder pop-up saying “This person cannot be deleted”.

Thoughts?

If you’re in a person’s sign-up record, under Edit you should see a button Delete “person’s name” right beside “Ban”. More info here: http://nationbuilder.com/474219/how_do_i_delete_a_single_person_from_my_nation
