Search: There isn't any in Support Area

In any of the Support areas (left column menu) Having all the questions in blog format or in a stream really only works well for the latest/recent/important or some major highlighted items. It doesn't really help anyone find the answer to the question they have. Not even a dynamic suggestion of other postings that may be related.

Discussion forums or real support ticket knowledge base platforms have spent decades on perfecting standards for this that most everyone is really used to.

The best KB that integrates posted questions like what you do here is ElasticEmail.com . Yours stops way short. They have a searchable knowledge base of all the questions asked with switches to make private and specific questions that must be private. Check it out. 

I request that you mimic or replicate how ElasticEmail.com implements their support system and searchable knowledge base.

Bruce, we definitely agree that search is a hugely important component of a support section, and have architected all of our support pages include it. On support pages, the search box appears with the text "Search FAQs and how tos":
