I can add a list -- but there is no one in it. I can create a filter -- but I can't print out a neat list of names and phone numbers based on the filter. So how do, for example, print out a list of the names and phone numbers of everyone based on a filter that I created?

You can export any list or filter - it will export all of your columns so you can delete anything that isn't name or phone and you'll be all set!
