Hi, is it possible to add an autoplay playlist to select pages of a NB site and be able to control the volume to keep it very low at startup so it is effectively background music that sets a tone/mood for the community section being used?

Yes, audio can be played in the background when someone lands on a page. I would recommend checking out this W3 schools article to learn how to do this.
