The supporter portal is an interface your supporters can log into to self-serve and make changes, without needing to reach out to your team. Through it, they can:
Review and cancel active recurring donations and memberships
Adjust their donation amount and update their payment method themselves
Receive renewal and failed payment notifications to nudge them to add a new credit card
Designed to suit your needs
Your team can choose to enable certain sections of the portal and which actions supporters can take within each it, such as:
- A donation section with the ability to change the recurring payment amount, credit card in use and cancel a recurring transaction
- A membership section to view and cancel current memberships, and change the credit card used for dues.
