One of your most common requests is for more information about and input into when your issues and feature suggestions will be addressed, so we’re pleased to announce that we’re putting it online! 

How are we going to do it? Using NationBuilder of course! We’ve expanded the previous suggestion box to accommodate all of your issues and suggestions and we are committed to responding within 24 hours to anything you post there. You’ll be able to tag a suggestion, leave comments, and follow any issue to receive email updates on its progress. 

If something in NationBuilder isn’t working the way that you think it should be, we want to know about it.  If, after searching our website, you find that no one else has reported your issue yet, you should head over to NationBuilder product issues and suggestions to add your voice. Be sure to include as much information as possible, then tag your submission as ‘urgent’ or ‘important to me’ to help us prioritize. 

The website is the best place to report your "bugs" or issues. Getting these issues on the website allows other customers to share their experiences of those issues, and add their reactions and support. 

Once you’ve submitted or found a previous suggestion that matches your issue, you’ll be able to share it on social media to build support. The more people who tag an issue as urgent or important to them, the more likely we’ll be to fast-track the issue. For example, we recently added liquid for specific address fields in response to this popular suggestion.

If you’re interested in seeing what issue we’ll tackle next, you can sort the suggestions by ‘started’ or ‘planned.’ If you want to see which issues we’ve already addressed, sort by ‘completed.’ We will also be posting product updates on our blog -- subscribe to make sure you get them delivered to your inbox as they happen!
