Currently if a Nation is using Authorize.net and the account is set to test mode (via the Authorize.net's website) NationBuilder will still allow donations to be collected even though they aren't actually being processed and transfered to the customers bank account.
Not sure the Authorize.net integration allows you to validate on this but it's an issues that can cost folks a lot of money by accident :(.Â
