By I have created a "support account" and am a complete nationbuilder novice.
I am trying to sign in to a colleague's nation in order to edit our new nation.
I follow the link to where I 'sign in to my nation', my colleague has shared my email address and given me full privileges. I get this meassage:
"password - email do not match" I have re-entered multiple times. logged in and logged out etc. Tried to create a 'nationbuilder account' with an alternate email but this did not work, i couldn't create it.
Please help?
Jack, logins for each NationBuilder installation are unique - your support account at NationBuilder.com will not be the same account at your colleague's nation. If you've already tried to log in at your colleague's nation, that nation owner can edit your private profile there and give you access and add a temporary password that they would then share with you so you can log in.
