Hello, I’ve tried to delete a custom theme from our website 3 times following these instructions and waited 10+ minutes without success (once I waited a half hour). How long should I be waiting for the deletion to take place? The popover says the theme “is being deleted, it may take a few minutes before disappearing” but I don’t see any confirmation or change made.

The official response does not mention what is probably the most common barrier to deleting a custom theme: it cannot be deleted if it has ever been used to send an email.

Michelle – did you create the custom theme? For email themes you cannot delete the them unless you are the creator. If you are having trouble deleting a website theme you can email [email protected] and we can take a look.

I have the same issue as Michael – when I follow the instructions I can’t see the ‘Delete theme’ button – please help!
