You can use the options on the image insert window to align your image in any of a number of ways. For example, to wrap the text around the right side of your image, you would set the wrap option as shown below:

If you want the image in the middle of the line and the text to wrap both sides, you can do that by editing the HTML for the content block and adding parameters to the image definition.
