Automated e-mail function?

I'd like to send a daily automated e-mail to a group of my supporters. Is there an automated e-mail function?

You want to send the same email to the same set of people every day?  What is an example of when you would want to do that?

    I’m guessing Sam meant a different email every day sent to a group. I would also interested in this functionality (or could be scheduled for every other day, or every week.) For instance: Recipe of the Week, pulling from a predetermined set of recipes.
