False bad emails?

We sent out an email for the first time this morning through NationBuilder and had a bunch of emails come back as "bad" even though we have definitely emailed those people individually before through other platforms. Why is this happening and what can we be doing about it?

If you encounter a presumed false flag, please send a message to our support team via help@nationbuilder.com so we can investigate. In addition to your nation's name, please include the email addresses and profiles in question and/or the email blast itself.
