-what is the URL of the custom domain? (If you do not already have one, try a service like Namecheap); 
-will you being using the nameserver or CNAME method for your custom domain (more info on the nameserver and CNAME methods)? If you go with the nameserver method, will you be changing them or would you like us to?; 
-and who is hosting your inbound email? (Google Apps, GoDaddy, etc.)
