One of my account users is unable to reset their own password, how can I help them regain access?

While users can generally reset their own passwords by navigating to the login page and using the “Forgot your password?” link as described here, there are times when the user may need to request that their password be manually reset by an account administrator. To do this, navigate to the individual's profile then go to Edit>Password. From here you can manually enter a new password of your choosing.
