Changing email address status

The email address of one of our subscribers is marked as bad. He has been emailing me and asking why he is no longer receiving updates. I cannot change his status from bad to good. How is this done?

Usually, if an email address is marked as bad, their email has been flagged as a non-deliverable email address. In this case, if the email was marked incorrectly, we would need to take a deeper look into why the email address was originally marked as bad.
