Admin seeing staffer activity on dashboard

A few weeks ago, as an admin, I was able to see activity taken by staffers in my activity stream.  If I was "assigned" to a person, I would be sent an email whenever they took an action in Nationbuilder (i.e. that person posted a note in another person's record or logged a contact in another's record).  Now, it is not sending the email or showing this information in the activity stream.  What settings do I need to change to view their activities and receive the email updates?

Not all activities generate email notifications, but to review and update your settings, visit the link in the footer of one of your older emails and click through. You will not automatically get those notifications for everyone, just people who are assigned to you or who you are following.

You can also find all of your account settings through the "your account" link in the footer of your control panel. Admin/staffer account settings are much more expansive than regular user profiles.
