When a moneybomb is scheduled to "hit", will the moneybomb email/page only hit those who pledged an amount? Or will an email be sent to the entire list of email addresses? Is there a how-to on this feature anywhere? Thanks.

Once a Moneybomb "goes off", the URL for the Moneybomb page will redirect to the donation page so a user can make a donation.
Pledgers for a Moneybomb will not be auto-notified once the Moneybomb has gone off. An email blast will need to be sent pledgers from a nation's organizer.
