What’s new for everyone
We’ve redesigned the donation experience to help you convert and retain new donors:
- More integrated flow for Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Streamlined donation frequency options to support one-time, monthly, and annual donation options are now on a single page
- Less friction for unemployed or retired supporters to simply check a box to hide occupation fields
- Improved authentication experience for European donors (SCA)
Direct Debit for UK customers
For UK customers, we’ve added Direct Debit payments, one of the most popular methods for recurring giving. Supporters can now make secure donations via Direct Debit on donation pages, and manage their payments directly in the supporter portal. Learn more about rates in our documentation.

Not-for-profit rates in Australia & the United Kingdom
If you are a charitable organization in Australia or the UK, you can now apply for discounted payment processing rates. This means more of every donation goes directly toward supporting your cause.

A new foundation for payments
