We set up a second site in our nation for development purposes. The default profile picture is broken (this looks like a permissions issue). I just made this the primary site and the image is still broken. Any suggestions? Am I missing a setting that needs to be made?

Again, what I’m seeing indicates a permissions issue somewhere. I copied the image URL from the old (working) site and the new (non-working) site and get the following message on the new site when I attempt to load the default buddy icon directly:
