Getting the following error whenever we try to donate.
"card_number - Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system"
We are using Authorize.net who claim that this is an issue on our end. Has anyone else experienced this and can give us some idea of how to fix it? THANKS!
This is an error generated by Authorize.net. Check out this support article from Authorize.net for reasons you might be experiencing the error.
In general, if you make any changes to your Authorize.net configuration in NationBuilder, it is a good idea to re-enter the API Login ID and Transaction Key under Settings > Bank accounts > [Your account].
