When posting on a facebook page a tweet is automatically generated that just contains an URL to the facebook post, both accounts are linked as a Broadcaster, I've seen no reference to this being a "feature" of NationBuilder.

There is the option to check both facebook and twitter or one or the other when sending a social media post - that should solve the issue - please let su know if there is somewhere else you are seeing this.
