We've been using NB to cut walk lists from our voter files. It's challenging to separate out inaccessible apartment buildings, so our lists contain some addresses that we can't access.

I'd like to be able to enter the data from just the houses that we do access, leaving apartment addresses uncontacted. My thought is that I could do this by exporting lists to excel, manually sorting the lists based on whether there is a value in the Address 2 column, and then updating those addresses we've been able to access, and reimporting.

My worry is that this will not work since it won't allow for contact method/type, and it may create duplicates.

Has anyone else faced this particular challenge?
