Credit card processing keeps breaking on our nationbuilder site.  People have problems donating and I find the following message in the control panel.

 Error processing this credit card: User authentication failed

After I go into the control panel and re-enter the paypal vendor password, the problem seems to go away.  I am able to process a test transaction.  But the problem reappears later.
