Could you explain the new security model?
I just discovered this under Permissions:
You are currently using the "functional" security model. Switch to "data" security model. (currently in beta)
Could you tell us what this does?

The new security model (currently in beta testing) allows you to assign people to interns and leaders and they can see only those profiles assigned to them. The permissions are spelled out if you switch to that mode.
