We're an online branding firm http://www.evodagroup.com that created an account in anticipation for our client Young BC Liberal Partys website. The sole purpose of this account was to help understand the nation builder platform before we transfer to our clients account. bclp.nationbuilder.com 

We would like to continue recommending our clients use Nation Builder when appropriate. Is it possible to cancel our account and refund the $19.00 monthly charge we recently incurred.

No problem, we'll take care of it. In the future, you can shutdown your nation before the trial period ends by clicking Settings > Billing & Addons > Close or pause account from the control panel of your nation.

    I am having the dame issue. I intended to close down before the trial but have been distracted by a recent family emergency. When I saw the email this time, I promptly shut down and cancelled. I just need to know how to reverse the charge.
