Is there a way to have the featured content sliders be justified in the middle of the page rather than on the left?

It's definitely possible to modify the way that a featured content slider displays on your theme. To do so, you'll need to create a custom theme.
Within the custom theme, the code for the Featured Content Sliders can be found within the _features.html file.
