Problem with "Primary Address" selection

We're seeing some issues with the "Primary Address" for a contact being set to the wrong address.  For example, we have a contact that has addresses for Registered, Billing and Work, but the system is incorrectly marking the Work address as the Primary (instead of Registered or Billing).

Here is the priority list we saw specified in an earlier post by NB support, and really need enforced.

When we're dealing with voter contacts we'd always prefer to send mail to their registered address, and never to their work address unless there's no other choice.  For reference, one example in our database is nationbuilder_id 61.

You can see the order of addresses in the FAQ "What addresses are available in each import?" (I have updated the other answer to point to this FAQ also.)

When you are doing mailings, you will need to export the people who need the mailings, as NationBuilder doesn't have a built-in mailing program. When you export profiles from your nation, any profile which has a registered address will show that address in the last set of columns of the export.
