I'm wondering is there a way to break out the user- submitted address on a petition- so it's not just one box? We are noticing that people are not filling it in completely, and we are trying to use it to mail supporters DVDs.

Is it possible to have it look like the address form on a donation page? I tried copying the code, and it said that the donation mailing label was not supported on a petition page.
NationBuilder's 'single address field' design is intentional and intended to minimize form fatigue. If you're finding that some folks aren't providing their full addresses, we'd recommend reaching out to them directly to get more complete address information.

I definitely understand the challenge here with user submitted addresses, but there’s no workaround that will allow you to bypass the single address box.
